Parramatta BMW and MINI have an exciting opportunity for a Fastlane Workshop Controller to join their progressive, Express Service Workshop Team

About the role:
The Fastlane Workshop Controller is the principal point of contact for all customer communication before, during, and after the vehicle visits the Fastlane 90 Minute Service retail section of our Service Department.

As such, the person filling this role must be focused on customer-facing activities to always ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction and care for vehicle servicing and repair.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Carry out a review of the work scheduled for pre-planning
- Ensure allowed times on repairs are correct and reasonable to OEM standard
- Communicate with his workshop productive team to ensure work is completed in full and on time.
- Be able to quote customers accordingly on all work required as well as invoice Repair Orders via the DMS
- Confer with Parts Department for known pre-pick items
- Review performance criteria in Productivity and Efficiency with the Service Manager.
