**The Role**

This is a Customer Support Executive role that will see you ensure timelines and client orders are met and maintained.
- You will proactively work to and review current methodologies while developing new initiatives.
- You thrive on working closely with your clients monitoring each account and ensuring continuous improvement opportunities are updated.
- You have a forte for development of relationships, being the “go to” person on your portfolio of accounts.
- Daily you review, monitor, and identify risk management strategies, for the supply, delivery and control of pallets and balances for each client.
- Ensure data is live and precise for each client so orders are seamless and accurate.
- Visiting customers onsite, working out anomalies and ensuring you understand their business and optimise the relationship.

**Essential criteria**
- Proven understanding of administration coordination and able to work to timelines
- Computer literacy skills
- A calm approach in a timeline and sometimes pressured environment
