About Our Client
WorkPac are seeking a reliable and motivated Yard Hand with a Forklift to join our clients team in Eastern Creek, NSW. Our Client is a NSW branch specializing in John Deere and Vermeer machinery. It supplies new and used equipment for construction, forestry, agriculture, and municipal work, along with sales, servicing, and genuine parts support.
What You Will Be Doing
- Load, unload, move, and secure machinery, attachments, and parts around the yard
- Clean and detail equipment (pressure washing, degreasing)
- Carry out basic inspections and pre-delivery checks before dispatch
- Assist with stock control, deliveries, and preparing equipment/parts for shipment
- Maintain yard organisation and safe storage of machinery and parts
- Perform housekeeping in yard, wash bay, and workshop areas
- Assist customers and drivers with equipment handover and loading
- Operate forklifts and other site equipment (where licensed)
- Follow workplace health, safety, and company policies
- Support mechanics and technicians with general yard or workshop tasks
What You Will Need
- Current forklift licence (essential)
- Experience working in a machinery, equipment, or warehouse yard environment
- Strong focus on safety and attention to detail
- Physically fit, reliable, and a good team player
