One of Australia’s prominent **Federal Government Departments **is looking to engage an experienced **Project Support Officer **to maintain program management dashboards and reporting processes. The **Project Support Officer** will manage program reporting and advise staff on reporting tools. The successful **Project Support Officer **will be offered an initial **12 month** contract along with **2 x** **12 month extension** options partnered with a **rewarding hourly rate**.

The successful **Project Support Officer **will be responsible for, but not limited to:

- Maintaining access controls and quality processes
- Maintaining risk registers and facilitate risk workshops
- Supporting procurement activities for program/project areas
- Maintaining configuration control of program artefacts in EDRMS

The successful **Project Support Officer **will have experience in the following:

- Experience as Project Support Officer with program/project management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and EDRMS tools (e.g., TRIM, Objective)
- Experience in financial management, including resource and budget planning
- Knowledge of PRINCE2/Agile, MSP, and project scheduling tools
