**About the role**:
Are you passionate about building relationships and shaping careers in healthcare? Medrecruit is seeking a motivated Permanent Recruitment Consultant (internally we call this newly created role a Client Solutions Specialist) to join our high-performing team. In this role, you'll partner closely with clients across Australia to identify and fill permanent medical positions, while delivering exceptional service to doctors and healthcare facilities alike.

**You will**:

- Qualify doctors and consult with them to align their goals with the right permanent opportunities
- Collaborate with healthcare organisations to understand current and future recruitment needs
- Negotiate and finalise agreements between clients and doctors

**KPIs You'll Be Measured Against**:

- Growth in permanent job vacancies and new client wins
- Internal data quality and process complianceSuccessful placements and cancellation rates

**Our Ideal Permanent Recruitment Consultant**:
You might come from a recruitment, healthcare, or sales background, or all three. Either way, you're confident, curious, and highly motivated to build a thriving portfolio in a fast-moving space.

You’ll ideally have:

- Experience in recruitment (bonus if it’s permanent or healthcare-focused)
- Strong business development skills, calling clients to ascertain their permanent recruitment needs
- Confidence managing a phone-based client portfolio across multiple stakeholders
- Excellent communication, listening, and negotiation skills
- A consultative and strategic sales mindset
- Persistence, optimism, and the drive to hit targetsA passion for making a difference in people’s lives
