Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Supervisor across South East, QLD. The Supervisor will oversee day-to-day operations of multiple sites, manage site activities, and ensure adherence to safety regulations. Responsibilities include coordinating with teams, monitoring project progress, and addressing issues promptly. The Supervisor will also be responsible for maintaining equipment, liaising with clients, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Qualifications

  • Experience in demolition, civil earthmoving, and construction operations
  • Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills
  • Knowledge of safety regulations, compliance standards, and project management
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Relevant certifications or qualifications in construction management or a related field
  • Proficiency with relevant software and project management tools
  • Valid driver's license and the ability to travel between worksites
