The Role: Your Power to Connect

The Street Team is the
face and direct contact
for our brands to our listeners and clients. This is more than just wearing a uniform; you are an essential brand expert responsible for delivering outstanding activations and building brand equity. You are literally the best team on the road

Key Roles and Responsibilities Include:

  • Brand Ambassadorship:
    Represent the SCA brands professionally and positively at all times, ensuring successful activation execution.
  • Live On-Air Crosses: Conduct live crosses and reads from event locations
    , confidently delivering pre-written scripts and speaking on behalf of the station to the listening audience.
  • Activation & Logistics:
    Operate station vehicles, follow run sheets, and manage the full
    setup and pack down
    of branded infrastructure and signage at various events (e.g., markets, major sports events, client launches).
  • Audience Engagement:
    Interact with the public, provide excellent customer service, play games, and be adaptable to a wide range of event types.
  • Content Creation:
    Generate creative, original, and exciting content for the station's social media platforms and online channels.
  • Reporting:
    Capture high-quality photos and provide detailed feedback for Post Campaign Reporting (PCR).
  • Support:
    Assist with various tasks, including MCing, driving talent, picking up signage, and covering other departmental needs as required.

Essential Requirements

  • Must hold a current
    Open Driver's Licence
    for operating station vehicles.
  • Flexibility to work shifts based on activation schedules, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
