**About the Role**
They are currently seeking a professional and empathetic Registry Officer to join their growing team in Sydney CBD with some flexibility to work remotely from home. This is an estimated 4month temporary assignment, with a potential to extend.

**Responsibilities**
- Deliver professional and empathetic frontline customer service
- Triage and answer enquiries within a timely and accurate manner
- Facilitate the resolution of complaints, escalate as required
- Records and database management, ensuring high integrity, accuracy and confidentiality
- Maintain up to date knowledge of policies and procedures
- Identify and monitor trends and issues, make recommendations, mitigating risks including suspected corrupt conduct
- Assist in the development and improvement of team capability
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with best practice and legislative requirements
- Work collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders ensuring succinct service delivery

**About You**
- Demonstrated experience delivering frontline customer service
- Previous experience working within a sensitive/complex environment
- Impeccable communication skills, both verbal and written
- Professional, patient and resilient with an empathic nature
- Superior organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise conflicting deadlines
- High attention to detail
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency with MS Office suite
- Willingness to undergo a National Police Check
- Fully COVID vaccinated or medically exempt
- Ability to commence and commit to the duration of the assignment
