**About us**
- The Department of Government Services (DGS) was established on 1 January 2023 to improve everyone's experience of doing business and interacting with the Victorian government. We bring important day-to-day services together in one department to make things easy and seamless for Victorians and businesses. **About the role**
- The Project Coordinator supports the management of CAV's funded programs and funding agreements with agencies. This role encompasses contract administration and contract management, and program management support.
- This position involves:

- supporting the Program Manager in all aspects of contract administration and management
- communicating and liaising with agencies
- analysing and reporting on the performance of agencies
- identifying and working to implement continuous improvement to contract and program management
- This role suits someone who enjoys working as part of team, who can work through a range of competing priorities methodically, and who values creating and sustaining relationships with key stakeholders.

**Key Accountabilities**
- Monitor funded agency service delivery against agreed performance targets
- Assist funded agencies to understand their program delivery and contractual requirements
- Develop and maintain positive and effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Assist with activities across the full contract management lifecycle, including assisting with funding agreement creation, gathering and analysing agency performance, facilitating agency payments and attending stakeholder meetings

**About you**
- To be considered for the role, you must be able to demonstrate:
- Prior experience managing grants or funded services in a government setting is highly desirable for this role.
