Imagine being in a role where your executive team, people & culture team and hiring manager community are all on the same page when it come to the future of talent acquisition. As our business continues our expansion in the ANZ market, opening both new large format and small format stores and further expanding our services business, we’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Business Partner to manage the retail portfolio over 70 stores This is an exciting growth opportunity which will see you involved in some exciting projects including establishing our services business, assessment centres, our rebrand and the launch of our EVP

- You’ll know your patch better than anyone else in the industry, you will build a deep understanding of retail by partnering with your hiring managers, getting involved in events and engaging a talent in this space.
- ** You’re a high-volume recruiter with a**:
- You’re obsessive when it comes to sourcing top talent and will deploy innovative and purposeful sourcing strategies for every role.
- You’re going to be an employer brand champion and will never miss an opportunity to promote our brand.
- A quality experience for anyone that touches talent acquisition is non-negotiable in your mind and you’ll strive for excellence every day.
- You’ll partner with the hiring manager community to develop their core recruitment skills and keep your own skills sharp by keeping up to date of what’s happening in the world of TA.
If you’ve gotten this far, then you’re up for the challenge. I’m not going to give you the usual laundry list of requirements, **however this stuff is pretty much essential**:
- You’ve had some agency experience, ideally gained on a temp desk, internal recruitment experience is also advantageous
- You’re constantly striving for excellence and can deploy sourcing strategies wider than chucking a job advert on Seek and hoping for the best.
- You love talent acquisition
- Your commitment in providing an exceptional internal/external and hiring manager experiences should be palpable and evident
- You love talent acquisition
- You can take a brilliant job brief and can demonstrate how you turn this into a sourcing strategy.
- You love talent acquisition
**It would be nice, but not essential if you also come with this stuff**:
- You have recruited in retail space
- You’re familiar with the concept of EVP and employer branding and how this contributes to a successful TA solution
- You’re familiar with video interviewing technology and LiveHire
The role reports to the Head of Talent Acquisition who, along with wider team, is working hard to reset and revitalise the people and culture space. This is an exciting phase of this business and a really great time to join.
