**Job Description**:
**SUMMARY**:
This role is pivotal in assisting the leadership team to equip businesses with the talent necessary to achieve their objectives. Reporting to the HR Manager, Australia & New Zealand, the Talent Acquisition Specialist leads the talent identification and acquisition process, offering strategic insights to internal stakeholders regarding market trends and continually refining search strategies. Additionally, this role oversees the new employee onboarding process.
**POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES & OBJECTIVES**:
- Use various research tools to identify potential talent sources and gather market intelligence.
- Offer talent market insights and competitive intelligence to guide business leaders.
- Create and maintain talent lists for current and future roles.
- Expand the professional network of top-tier talent.
- Stay abreast of current sourcing methods and market trends.
- Collaborate with global Talent Acquisition teams for process compliance and improvement.
- Undertake tasks as delegated by the HR Manager based on business needs.
- Uphold the Eurofins Code of Ethics and other relevant policies.
- Act in accordance with the Eurofins Code of Ethics, and all other relevant policies and procedures, as updated from time to time.
- Manage and refine the new employee onboarding process.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology or related field is preferred but not essential.
