Electronic Workshop Technician

KaRaTec Power Supplies Pty Ltd is an Australian manufacturer of professional power conversion equipment. An EXPERIENCED electronic assembler/technician is required to assist with production line in PCB assembly, repair of circuit board assemblies, and building necessary test jig and cable set for testing purposes.
1) You MUST have hands-on experience in the assembly, solder and de-solder through-hole and SMD electronics components.
2) Basic circuit knowledge to build test jigs and test cable would be highly desirable.
3) Hands-on experience and knowledge of analogue electronics, either by previous work experience, or have learned and built electronic circuits yourself, would be firstly considered.
4) Previous experience and knowledge of power electronics would be desirable.
5) IPC knowledge is desirable.
Flexible working hours possible. Possible for the position to become permanent depending on performance.
**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual
Part-time hours: 20 -30 per week
**Salary**: $29.00 - $32.00 per hour
Schedule:
- No weekends
