What to Expect
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering an impeccable service experience for our Model S, Model X, Model 3 customers and beyond. As a Tesla Mobile Vehicle Technician, you will receive first-class training and development to deliver on Tesla's exceptional Service standards. You will be a creative problem solver who is open to new ideas and new approaches, with an instinctive desire accomplish goals. Possessing strong technical acumen, you will develop a strong knowledge of all Tesla products, as well as service systems, processes and procedures to fulfil Tesla's mission.

People: Our Technicians set the example. We expect you to push yourself for the growth and success of the team. You and the team will set the standard for open communication, active problem solving, and a positive work environment.
Operational excellence: As a Technician, you will form an integral part of the Service team and our customer experience. If our Technicians don't operate effectively, neither will our Service Centre operations.

What You’ll Bring
- Fully qualified Motor Mechanic or Registered Vehicle Technician (Certificate III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology).
- Minimum 1 year experience as a full-time motor mechanic or vehicle technician.
- Knowledge of methods, techniques, parts, tools and materials used in the maintenance and repair of vehicles. Including testing, diagnosis, HVAC service, hydraulic, brakes, testing and repair of electronic systems and modules.
- Knowledge and experience using diagnostic scan tools, following diagnostics and operating scopes.
- WoF certificate is essential.
- Hybrid experience a bonus.
- Valid driver's license and insurance required.
- HVAC Licensing a bonus.
- Occasional interstate and international travel may be required.
