**About the Role**:
This newly created full time role will be responsible for the management of product and pricing data, across our entire product range and will involve the following key activities:
Ensuring accuracy of product and pricing data within our internal systems, including maintaining price books and data entry
Data analysis, maintenance and updates to support new product introductions across operations and with other internal stakeholders
Maintaining product and pricing consistency across all systems, including ordering, calculation, routing and lab management systems
Troubleshooting, root cause analysis of failed orders and continuous improvement of processes and systems in order fulfilment.

The position will be working across a high volume of data and requires someone with excellent attention to detail and accuracy, an analytical and logical mindset, the ability to troubleshoot and work in a fluid environment where changes in output requirements can often occur. There is a necessity to remain focused for extended periods, as the role will require manual data entry especially around product launch periods, while still drawing upon strong stakeholder engagement skills.

3+ years’ experience working with high volume data across complex systems, technical data and databases
Advanced level of experience in Microsoft Excel is essential, including working with large data sets
Knowledge and capability to write and utilise macros and SQL queries
Demonstrated analytical skills in monitoring a database systems performance and troubleshooting
Good collaboration and stakeholder engagement coupled with the ability to work autonomously
Previous experience in the Optical Industry will be advantageous and highly regarded, but not essential
