DSV Solutions is seeking to hire a skilled and passionate Logistics Coordinator, Inbound & Inventory in Kemps Creek.

The Logistics Coordinator, Inventory & Inbound is responsible for delivering accurate and timely administrative support across inbound and inventory functions. This role ensures data accuracy within Warehouse Management Systems, supports inventory integrity, coordinates inbound activities and maintains compliance records - contributing to service quality, operational efficiency and audit readiness.

**Your typical day at DSV**:

- Accurately enter inbound consignment data, schedule Biosecurity inspections, and manage delivery slots using systems like RedPrairie, INFOR, and SLOT.
- Reconcile inbound goods against purchase orders, coordinate with warehouse/transport teams for unloading and stock put-away.
- Maintain and investigate inventory records, discrepancies, and stock adjustments to ensure traceability and data integrity.
- Generate and distribute inbound/inventory reports, supporting operational KPIs, audits, and compliance documentation.
- Provide administrative support for warehouse projects, and liaise with internal teams to resolve inbound or stock-related queries.

**About you**:

- 1-2 years of experience in warehouse admin or inventory control, preferably in 3PL or logistics.
- Skilled in WMS platforms (RedPrairie, INFOR), Excel, Outlook, and SLOT booking systems.
- Strong attention to detail with accurate data entry and inventory reconciliation skills.
- Confident communicator with solid problem-solving and organisational abilities.
- Physically fit and committed to safety and compliance in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
