DSV Solutions in Sydney are currently seeking a Warehouse Operator, Administration.

**What you will be responsible for**:

- Accurate data entry and management of customers purchase consignments and other relevant data from customers’ suppliers.
- Provide general logistic support with coordination of all inbound and outbound shipments.
- Liaise with local DSV office on a regular basis to provide feedback in relation to shipments, customer needs.
- Liaise with customer and provide information and reports as requested and approved by DSV management.
- Follow DSV policy and procedures.
- Follow customer’s policies and procedures in relation to health and safety.
- Enhance and maintain supplier and customer relationships.
- Ensure timely, attentive and appropriate communication with internal and external customers and ensure effective resolution of service issues.
- Implement process improvements in consultation with DSV management.

**About You**:

- Previous warehouse experience [either working directly in the warehouse operations or within a warehouse administrative function]
- JDA/Red Prairie knowledge and experience (preferred not essential)
- Industry knowledge and experience
- Microsoft Excel Intermediate and Microsoft Basic
- Carrier coordination
- Financial awareness
- Inventory control management
