Inbound Operator – Warehousing & Logistics
Location: Kemps Creek
Full-Time | Monday to Friday
We're looking for a reliable and experienced Supply Chain Coordinator plays a crucial role in streamlining supply chain processes while delivering outstanding customer support. This role is responsible for managing customer orders, maintaining accurate system updates in platforms such as SAP, Formosa (WMS), and Transporean, overseeing inventory control, and coordinating logistics operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service & Order Management
Act as the primary liaison for customer communications and order processing
- Accurately process and monitor customer orders, ensuring prompt updates and resolution of inquiries
Handle complaints and issues proactively to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
HSSE & Compliance
Champion a culture of safety across office and warehouse operations, reinforcing that "Safety is everyone's responsibility"
- Ensure full compliance with all applicable health, safety, security, and environmental (HSSE) regulations
- Promptly report and help resolve safety incidents, implementing corrective actions as required
Ensure adherence to all Transwin policies and operational procedures
System Management & Data Integrity
Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in SAP, Formosa (WMS), Transporean, and other relevant systems
Ensure data consistency and accuracy across platforms to support informed decision-making
Inventory Management
Manage inventory control activities, including cycle counts and reconciliation
Lead inventory audits and ensure inventory records are up to date and accurate
Inbound & Outbound Logistics Coordination
Work closely with warehouse teams to optimize shipping and receiving processes
Coordinate with transport carriers to align shipments with customer delivery schedules
Documentation & Reporting
Prepare and maintain thorough documentation related to shipping, receiving, and inventory transactions
Generate and analyze performance reports to support continuous improvement in logistics and inventory management
Communication & Cross-Functional Collaboration
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal departments and external partners
- Actively participate in team meetings and contribute to process enhancement initiatives
Professional Experience & Key Competencies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Minimum of 10 years' experience in supply chain coordination and customer service, preferably in a logistics environment
- Proficient in SAP, Formosa (WMS), Transporean, or similar systems
- Highly organized, with strong multi-tasking capabilities and time management skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical/problem-solving abilities
