About the Role

We're looking for a proactive and organised Operations Coordinator to join our Brisbane team.

Reporting to the Operations Director, you'll play a key role in keeping our projects, processes, and operations running smoothly - from installations and network upgrades to retailer liaison, marketing support, and general admin.

This is a diverse, hands-on role that will evolve as new initiatives and priorities emerge which is perfect for someone who enjoys variety and working across multiple areas of the business.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Installations & Projects

  • Support our installations team with planning, quoting, project management, and reporting.

  • Network Upgrades

  • Coordinate infrastructure upgrade projects across Gigafy sites including scoping, planning, and tracking progress.

  • Retailer Liaison

  • Assist with onboarding new retailers, keep existing retailers informed of new sites, pricing, and operational updates. Ensure compliance with Functional Separation Undertaking (FSU) guidelines when engaging with retail partners.

  • Process & Operations

  • Work with the Operations Director on key initiatives, process improvements, and documentation. Implement a knowledge base and keep it updated.

  • Inventory Management

  • Manage ordering, allocation, and stock control of network and installation equipment.

  • Marketing Support

  • Create and publish content (social posts, blogs, website updates) and update sales collateral.

  • Office Admin

  • Keep the office running smoothly from supplies and snacks to organising team activities and events.

About You

You're a motivated, detail-oriented organiser who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You love variety, take initiative, and enjoy helping a business run efficiently.

You'll bring:

  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Confidence using Microsoft 365 (Excel, Teams, Word, etc.)
  • Experience in operations, administration, or project coordination (preferred)
  • Familiarity with WordPress and Canva (advantageous)
  • Previous telecommunications or technology operations experience is highly regarded
  • A positive, "get-things-done" attitude
