**About the Company**
A highly respected and growing brokerage with a strong national presence seeks to appoint a client-centric Assistant Account Executive / Broker Assistant to join their friendly and collaborative team. Fantastic culture and platform to grow, specialise and progress your future insurance career.

**About the Role**:
You will enjoy a varied role assisting with a portfolio of rural business and retail clients. This will include but is not limited to:

- Processing new business, renewals and endorsements
- Answer client queries relating to a variety of insurance policies
- Providing high levels of service and follow-up to clients and prospects
- Build and manage relationships with colleagues, clients and insurers
- Preparation and checking of policy documentation

**About You**:

- Previous insurance experience (broking, underwriting or claims)
- Tier 1 or Tier 2 insurance qualification desirable (not essential)
- Comfortable with various technology and software
- High attention to detail and complete your work to high standards
- Client orientated with a genuine desire to support your customers
- Enjoy being part of a team and contributing to a positive culture
