**THE OPPORTUNITY**

**Location: Birtinya**

You will be joining Kilcoy Cuisine Solutions and our newest team within the Kilcoy Global Foods Group. Your main focus will be to assist with the development and growth of the domestic retail channel and execute against strategic plans to enable the growth ambitions at both the top and bottom line.

**YOUR RESPONSILBITIES**

**Your main scope will include**:

- Supporting the Strategic Business Manager in building the Retail Channel.
- Execute against the Australian retail sales strategy for the Cuisine Solutions business.

**You will achieve this by**:

- Establishing and implementing retail account plans.
- Use available KPI data to check and adjust performance.
- Build customer relationships to enable trusted advisor status.
- Manage effective customer pricing models.
- Support win in store principles; execute against brand plans.
- Contribute and be accountable for specific channel NPD.

**TO BE SUCCESSFUL**

**You will bring with you**:

- Post graduate qualifications in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
- 3+ years’ experience in FMCG Sales.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Deep understanding of FCMG branding and executional concepts.
- Working within a high performing environment that produces results.
- A strategic thinker and problem solver with the ability to be hands-on.
- Strong internal and external stakeholder management.
- Being a new business, it is essential that you are comfortable with ambiguity and dealing with the unknown.
