**This opportunity**
The Inclusion & Belonging Specialist plays an essential role in collaborating across the People Experience function and the broader organisation to enable an inclusive culture where every employee can be themselves and belong.
You’ll be empowered to identify opportunities for influence, design innovative initiatives and bring these to life across the business collaboratively with key internal and external stakeholders and employees.
**Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with the Inclusion and Belonging team, People Experience team and across the business to inform and progress the inclusion and belonging strategy ensuring alignment with our business strategy.
- Identify opportunities and design and drive innovative inclusion and belonging solutions to progress a culture of inclusion and champion best practice.
- Support our People Experience team and leaders by coaching and consulting as needed on Inclusion & Belonging opportunities to drive awareness, accountability and alignment to our culture.
- Proactively keep up to date on regulatory and policy developments and belonging and inclusion trends and best practice, locally and globally, to challenge our progress and iterate our inclusion and belonging strategy as needed.
- Collaborate with and guide our employee networks to support their role in advancing an inclusive environment for everyone, every day.
- Collaborate effectively across People Experience to influence the support of functional areas for relevant inclusion and belonging interventions and initiatives.
- Lead compliance related obligations including WGEA Reporting across the Group.
- Engage with key professional networks and associations.
**Knowledge and experience**
Accessibility experience is preferred. We’re after someone who will passionately help advance our strategy to enable a culture that supports our employees to feel included and a strong sense of belonging. You will have extensive understanding and awareness of diversity and inclusion opportunities and best practice. You’ll have strong strategic and operational experience, designing and implementing innovative diversity and inclusion strategies, policies and programs, preferably within a large organisation.
You build successful relationships with key stakeholders (both internally and externally), to support our business strategy, build education and awareness and to influence and help shape TPG Telecom being a great place to work for our people.
