**THE ORGANISATION**

Our client is an industry leading organisation who are shaping cities and communities across Australia. They are seeking a Diversity & Inclusion Consultant to join their amazing, collaborative HR team of 15 in this newly created role. They offer chic office space in both Sydney and Melbourne CBD, have a fantastic culture and team that truly value their employees.

**THE ROLE**

Reporting directly into the head of learning and capability, you will be responsible for developing, implementing and monitoring strategies/plans to lead and promote national diversity and inclusion initiatives that align to the business culture and plan. Duties include:

- Working closely with the Head of Reward & Reporting and the Head of Learning & Capability to ensure all actions from the WGEA EOCGE are met and reported on accordingly.
- Contribute innovative thinking and a continual improvement approach to all aspects of diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives
- Support key internal and external networks, collaborations and partnerships
- Monitor and evaluate the outcomes and effectiveness of diversity, equity and inclusion activities.
- Interpret data, prepare reports to profile the effectiveness of diversity, equity and inclusion programs and provide recommendations improvement in accordance with current best practice trends.
