We are looking for a dynamic, influential and vibrant Diversity & Inclusion Lead, who is passionate in collaboration and keen in making a real difference in a progressive and future ready environment.

This is an exciting role that will see you be instrumental in championing WSP’s dynamic and diverse workplace environment and be actively involved in ensuring that we have continued traction in realising our diversity and inclusive values.

**What you’ll do**:
Confident in engaging with all facets of a global business (including senior leaders and management of all levels, and with our HR Business Partners), your goal is to develop and delivery diversity and inclusion programs and initiatives to help our business deliver on our strategic ambitions.

Reporting into the Chief People Officer, you will work closely with the Sponsor, Chair and state representatives of Diversity & Inclusion working group and play a major part in developing and implementing engaging programs in support of our Diversity & Inclusion Action Plans.

Key areas of focus are driving progress with gender balance outcomes and our Reconciliation Action Plan and broadening the diversity of our business.

Not only will you enjoy exposure to our wider national business, you will also engage with the Global I&D Leader and other I&D colleagues in the WSP global network as appropriate.

As our Diversity & Inclusion Lead, you will be an integral part of our wider People division, an extensive collective of colleagues who are as passionate in the importance of people and culture in the workplace as you are

**_ You will also possess:_**
- Formal qualifications in HR or other relevant business-related field
- Experience in defining and implementing successful strategies to drive progress with diversity and inclusion across a large organisation
- Experience and knowledge of diversity and inclusion related principles
- Ability to advise and influence leaders, and confidence in presenting to senior leaders
