**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage end to end recruitment campaigns including writing briefs, position descriptions, developing campaigns, shortlisting and screening, interviewing and keeping in regular contact with clients to provide timely updates.
- Develop and analyse recruitment reports.
- Assist in company projects across the business.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a direct recruitment/talent management role.
- A passion for the recruitment process end to end.
- Highly developed interpersonal and personal leadership skills.
- Exception attention to detail in providing high quality presentation of recruitment documents including grammar, punctuation and formatting.
- Excellent problem solving and time management skills to balance competing priorities and respond to challenges and tight deliverable times as they arise.
- Be a creative thinker who is passionate about tailoring campaigns to attract talent matches.
- A strong collaborator and team player with the ability to work in an agile and dynamic work environment.
- Prior experience recruiting office support, people and culture, marketing, sales/business development and/or finance positions viewed favourably.

This position works closely with Marketing who supports and builds social media campaigns, graphics and posts.
