Nationally renowned and acclaimed financial services firm, based in Adelaide CBD, currently experiencing significant business transformation, are looking for an HR Business Partner to take the function to the next level.
As P&C Business Partner, you will provide support, advice and expertise to people leaders and employees on HR initiatives across two states.
A general overview of responsibilities includes;
- Partnering with business leaders, identifying and developing key people initiatives to assist strategic delivery
- Supporting and enabling transformation initiatives
- Being a trusted advisor to people leaders and supporting across the full employee lifecycle
- Assisting with ER/IR matters as and when they arise
- Managing end to end Recruitment, with assistance from a dedicated TA
- Supporting HR projects and wellbeing initiatives
- Ensuring legislative requirements are being adhered to
Necessary requirements;
- Previous experience in an HR Business Partner role (or Advisory)
- A tertiary qualification in HR or a related field
- Knowledge and experience supporting the full employee lifecycle
- Understanding of employment law
- Financial &/or Professional Services experience would be great, although not essential
- Exposure to significant change projects within an organisation
- Strong and demonstrated relationship building, collaboration and influencing capabilities
