Recruitment Consultant

The **Australian Industry Group’s Apprentice & Trainee Centre** is a Group Training Organisation which is part of the Ai Group®, a peak national employer organization. Our Apprentice & Trainee Centre employs hundreds of apprentices across Australia and provides a range of vital support offerings around Apprenticeships and Traineeships to industries currently experiencing skills shortage issues.

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a **Recruitment Consultant **to join an established team due to internal staff movements. This role offers you the opportunity to further enhance your skills and experience working on numerous projects within the apprentice and trainee space.

This role will be located in our Adelaide office location.

**The Role**:
Working as the Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for, but not limited to:

- Creating and posting job listings on various recruitment platforms, such as job boards, social media, and company website, to reach a wide audience.
- Providing regular reports to the senior management team on the recruitment process and metrics.
- Ensuring that all recruitment practices are in compliance with state and federal laws, including anti-discrimination laws and regulations.

**Salary**: $60,488.60 - $75,434.29 per year
