**Important update on location**: this role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of the Event Strategy and Delivery (ESD) Branch during a period of growth and transition. Initially based at Factory 2, 130-138 Link Road, Melbourne Airport, 3045, the position will relocate to the new warehouse at 465 Plummer Street, Port Melbourne from November-December 2025. The new location will become the primary workplace for the ESD branch from January 2026, with some teams transitioning ahead of this date.

**What you will be doing**
- Reporting directly to the Warehouse Manager, this role will be responsible for:

- Supporting the Warehouse Operations Manager plan work schedules for all staff and delegate tasks accordingly.
- Managing and maintaining stock levels, ensuring all systems and records are accurate.
- Assisting with the planning, development and co-ordination of delivery and collection schedules.
- Monitoring and evaluating risks and issues within the warehouse and escalating accordingly.

**What you will bring to the role**
- Strong planning, organisational and problem solving skills while meeting tight deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Skilled in identifying and evaluating emerging issues and being able to take the appropriate action.
- High level of computer skills using stock control systems and Microsoft.
- Forklift and current driver's license mandatory.
