**Our client, an iconic Australian retailer are seeking an experienced PM shift Operations/Warehouse Team Lead to lead the Distribution Centre's Operations department located in the Western Suburbs.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide additional leadership and direction to the team members to ensure all distribution centre's activities meet safety and operational requirements in the PM shift (2.00pm - 10.00pm)
- Manage and monitor key performance indicators to ensure all department activities meet cost, operational, compliance and legislative requirements.
- Ensure Material Handling Equipment (MHE) is operated safely as designed to maintain product integrity and workplace safety.
- Space management
- Inbound supplier deliveries and accurate receipt of Purchase Orders
- Bulky Goods Returns, claims management and recycling process
- Outbound deliveries including product handover to third party carriers
- Ensure a positive experience for the customer (right stock, right time, right condition) and effective timely resolution of customer complaints and queries
- Manage the distribution centre's facility in terms of relevant security, housekeeping, contractor / visitor management and maintenance requirements and standards

**About You**:

- Demonstrated leadership of managing and leading a supply chain operation
- Demonstrated operational warehouse and transport experience.
- Ability to work PM shift - 2.00pm - 10.00pm from Monday to Friday
- Ensures accountability, is customer focused and drive results.
