**About the MAV**

The Municipal Association of Victoria (MAV), is a membership organisation and the legislated peak body for Victorian local councils. Our role is to represent and advocate local government interest, provide policy and strategic advice and build the capacity of councils.

**About the role**

This exciting new role is a great opportunity for a talented learning and development professional to work in a contemporary, values-based organisation, and bring their knowledge and expertise to co-design, develop and implement digital, hybrid and face-to-face learning experiences for our members. This role will also be responsible for the implementation and ongoing management of a new eLearning LMS.

Our dynamic, collaborative and supportive Learning and Events team will welcome your expertise in the digital learning space, but also embrace your broader skills and experience across a range of learning programs and projects.

Reporting to the Manager, Learning and Events, you will use your specialised knowledge and skills in instructional design and adult learning principles to guide and support the development of learning solutions and resources in a variety of different mediums that help drive performance.
