Our Government client is a key decision maker within core policies that affect everyday Aussies.
- Prepare monthly management reports, forecasts, and cost centre analyses.
- Review capital and project works, ensuring accuracy, and conducting due diligence.
- Develop and maintain internal budgets and costings.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to create accurate costings, budgets, and forecasts, supported by strong assumptions.
- Handle reconciliations, prepayment journals, and end-of-month accruals.
- Provide strategic financial advice to enhance decision-making.
- Enhance dashboard reporting to improve insights.

**The Successful Applicant**:

- As an integral part of our finance team, you will play a pivotal role in providing strategic financial advice, forecasting, and analysis. Your responsibilities will include working closely with stakeholders to deliver accurate costings, budgets, and reports. Additionally, you will be instrumental in supporting our leadership team with critical financial insights to drive informed decision-making.
- Relevant degree qualifications are essential, and a CA/CPA or working towards it is highly desirable. An AGSVA Security clearance is required, making Australian Citizenship mandatory.
