**About the role**

This newly created position within the NSW Police Force's Workforce Safety Command, offers an exciting opportunity to be part of the single most significant investment in the health, safety and wellbeing of the NSW Police workforce. Located in the centre of Sydney, only a short walk from Central or Museum train stations and the vibrant Surry Hills precinct, the successful applicant will manage a team of dedicated officers providing support and assistance to NSW Police Force employees facing career transition after injury. The role includes providing advice and guidance on vocational counselling and identifying transferable skills and support services to improve outcomes for employees. The role also manages the relationship of services to any third-party providers.
