**About the role**
Reporting to the EPCM Team Lead, the Project Support Officer will support a diverse function across 2 service areas; EPCM Service Order Contract Management and Horizon Power Document Control.

The role will involve everything administrative to the Category Lead & providing assistance to the Drawing Management Team.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
HPDC
- Complete various document control tasks assigned from the HPDC Task Manager including but not limited to:

- Processing incoming/outgoing transmittals
- Data cleansing within ProjectWise
- Communications with internal/external customers
- Following up document status, sign off & other information

EPCM
- Maintain processes & procedures for delivering service orders from start to finish
- Liaise with EPCM Contractors, Regions and other internal/external customers as needed
- Complete invoicing and journal preparation activities as assigned by the Category Lead
- Assist/support process improvement activities
