The Group Planning to Performance team is responsible for designing, implementing, and continuously improving CBA’s planning and performance processes. This includes orchestrating the Quarterly Planning Process and collaborating with each Business and Support Unit to enable their planning activities. We govern the frameworks, guidance, processes, and timelines that set the tone for the organisation and help define our strategic direction. More broadly, this team helps drive the Pace/Agile transformation program, focusing on the maturity and simplification of planning and performance to enhance velocity and mature delivery practices.
**Roles & Responsibilities**:
- Support the preparation and implementation activities of key planning forums, including ELT Direction Setting, Dependency Marketplace and eQBR.
- Deep dive and provide meaningful insights on business and delivery performance - e.g. unplanned work, OKR performance, dependencies, etc.
- Partner with the Pace/Agile tooling team to simplify end-user experience and enable planning to performance processes.
- Support change management activities to embed key changes across Planning to Performance ecosystem, including development of guidance materials, SharePoint space, and comms.
- Coordinate key dates and timelines across Group planning processes to optimise scheduling and effectiveness of forums
