**What’s the role?**

You’ll be the mastermind behind the Workplace Experience Team’s strategy, keeping everything on track so Westpac stays the best place to work. From planning and reporting to driving innovation, you’ll ensure our goals aren’t just met—they’re exceeded. You’ll collaborate with teams across the business, monitor dashboards, manage JIRA boards, and make sure workplace policies and processes are spot-on. No direct reports—just the autonomy to make an impact. Based in Sydney, this full-time role is your chance to step into property and workplace management and shape what’s next.

**What do I need?**
- Proven experience in business administration and planning along with sharp organisational and document management skills to keep things running smoothly
- Strong communication and relationship-building abilities—you’ll connect with internal teams and external partners
- A knack for planning, problem-solving, and driving improvements
- A talent for reporting, tracking KPIs, and managing tools like JIRA
- The ability to work cross-functionally and juggle multiple priorities seamlessly
