As our new Retail Operations Executive, you will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient retail operations and providing comprehensive support to our Boutiques and retail office. Reporting to the Retail Operations Manager, your responsibilities will include:

- Assisting in all aspects of retail operations and administration
- Ensuring compliance with retail policies and procedures
- Preparing sales reports for management review
- Conducting shop visits to maintain adherence to Dior guidelines
- Coordinating uniform orders
- Handling travel arrangements and office supply management
- Supporting the implementation and utilization of digital tools and projects in retail operations
- Supporting store openings and closures
- Managing administrative duties and handling ad hoc assignments
- Assisting in vendor search and quotation processes
- Managing packaging requirements to ensure efficient inventory and delivery
- Providing POS (Point of Sale) and cash management support to boutiques

**Profile**:
**_To be successful_** in this role, you should have a minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience and hold a diploma or university degree in Business Administration or a related discipline. Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills are crucial. Additionally, you should possess numerical sensitivity for effective data and financial management.

We are looking for individuals who are self-motivated, proactive, and possess the drive to take initiative and contribute to the team. Strong analytical and communication skills are highly valued, along with good leadership abilities. The ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines is also essential.
