Job Title: Store Manager Opportunities

Job Description

This role is at the forefront of our business, requiring a highly experienced retail professional who can drive commercial targets and provide exceptional customer service by developing and delivering our store retail plan.

Our team members are expected to be highly skilled professionals with excellent leadership abilities. They must have proven experience working in fast-paced environments and demonstrate ability to coach, lead and develop a large team (100+).

Some of the key responsibilities include reporting to the Regional Manager, day-to-day running of the store, developing and delivering the store retail plan, achieving key commercial targets, providing exceptional customer service, and leading and developing a large team.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience working in fast-paced environments
  • Ability to coach, lead and develop a large team (100+)
  • To ensure that key commercial targets are met or exceeded
  • Customer-obsessed and continually seek to better understand our diverse customers
  • Drive a one-team culture which puts our team members' health, safety, and wellbeing first
