**About this role**:
This top-tier Australian Architecture studio known for their exceptional and multi-award winning public/cultural, residential and commercial buildings are seeking an experienced Architect/Technician to join their team. You must be a confident ArchiCAD user and have experience working through concept to construction documentation.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Produce documentation with technical excellence and design innovation through all project stages
- Work across a diversity of sectors and scales
- Ensure highest quality work standards are maintained
- Ensure compliance with relevant local codes and regulations
- Perform assigned tasks independently or as a leader, working within a team
- Ability to work well with consultants, stakeholders and authorities, and team members
- Work collaboratively with senior design leader/s
- Perform designated architectural tasks while meeting project deadlines and budgets

**Skills and Experience**
- Australian working rights
- Relevant Architectural qualification, registration not essential
- Local experience on large complex projects across stages
- Operating at 5-10+ years experience
- Proven experience delivering projects through all stages
- Clear communication, verbal and visual
- Passion for detail and strong technical skills
- ArchiCAD/BIM proficiency - open to Revit users with strong project coordination experience
- Quality construction documentation and high level detailing skills
- Effective time management
