Studio JLA is an architecture and interior design studio that specialises in high end residential single dwellings with projects between $2m-$15million, from waterfront homes to major alterations and additions. 

We are a close-knit team that works in strong collaboration with our clients and consultants and are looking for an all-rounder with 3yrs+ experience in residential architecture.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work across multiple projects alongside the Studio Director and other architects
  • Create 3D visualisation of interiors/exterior from schematic design through to construction
  • Communicate clearly with clients and consultants

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • SketchUp 3D modelling experience - essential
  • Enscape 3D render experience - essential
  • Strength in Interior Design
  • Proven 3+ years' experience working in high end residential architecture in Australia
  • Working knowledge of BCA, LEP and other Australian Council standards

OUR TEAM

This is a contract role based in our studio in Gladesville and we offer a true work-life balance, team lunches and events and we are close to shops/cafes and easily accessible by bus or car (free street parking).

You will work collaboratively with a close-knit team and manage your own projects, yet grow your career under the guidance of the Studio Director.
