About the Role

We're seeking an experienced
professional
to join our Sydney studio. This role is an exciting opportunity to support project leaders throughout all phases of projects across a variety of sectors, including high-end residential, education, and retail.

As part of our team, you'll collaborate with clients, consultants, and team members to deliver outstanding project outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Design inspiring solutions and champion interior design across practice
  • Develop creative and client-focused design solutions.
  • Enable project delivery to meet timelines and quality standards.
  • Document Revit
  • Foster strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with external consultants to achieve seamless project integration.
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to their development.
  • Collaborate with leadership on client and stakeholder engagement.

About You

We're looking for someone with:

Essential

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Exceptional communication and organisational skills.
  • 7+ years of experience in Architecture
  • Educational qualifications associated discipline
  • Proficiency in Revit
  • Experience with design software like Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, or Enscape.
  • Strong knowledge of construction and a commitment to quality design.
  • Ability to work independently, as well as strong collaboration skills
  • Understanding of the NCC
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate consultants

Desired

  • Experience in residential or education will be highly regarded
  • Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to think imaginatively.
