International Design Studio have laid the foundations for success in Australia and expanding their capability across sectors in Sydney. Having recently strategically hired, they are reaping rewards and have secured an enviable pipeline of design focused Multi Residential projects.

About the Role

A Senior Associate will be a welcome addition to work alongside the Residential Principal and assist with leading the Multi Residential portfolio. Client facing, leading design conversations and presentations, leading project teams, and representing the studio in coordinating external consultants, this individual will contribute their in-depth knowledge of the Sydney Multi Res market. As a mentor to the team of mid-level architects, this Architect will be managing multiple projects at a time, leading the team towards project success whilst ensuring team's growth is harnessed.

Responsibilities

  • Client facing
  • Leading design conversations and presentations
  • Leading project teams
  • Representing the studio in coordinating external consultants
  • Contributing in-depth knowledge of the Sydney Multi Res market
  • Managing multiple projects
  • Mentoring mid-level architects

Qualifications

  • 15-20 years post-graduation experience of Architecture
  • NSW Registered Architect
  • Experience of delivering projects in accordance with the BDPA, Australian Design Guidelines
  • Proven portfolio within largescale Multi Residential in NSW
