**The Company**

**The Role**
Behind each of these brands is a dedicated team ensuring the success of every product put to market. CDB Product teams manage the day to day, new product development and marketing programs for all brands, taking great pride in strong relationships with retail partners and external agencies.

You will
- Drive product category direction & performance
- Identify new product development opportunities
- Maximise distribution of categories
- Source, develop, cost and sell new product lines
- Manage top class relationships with suppliers, retail partners and stakeholders
- Provide product training & support to the merchandise team
