**About The Role**
We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated, dynamic **Aftercare Manager**, who takes pride in delivering and exceeding customer expectations.

**Day-to-Day You will be responsible for**:

- The sale of Extended Warranties, Surface Coatings, Interior & Exterior Treatments, Electronics, Scratch & Dent Memberships, and a myriad of other products.
- Building rapport and interacting with customers face-to-face or over the phone
- Monitoring KPIs and individual performances of Sales Reps and Departments
- Registering of warranties and individual products
- Reporting of figures

**Attributes to be successful in this role**:

- Possess a dynamic driven attitude with strong customer relationship building skills.
- Financially hungry with a desire and passion to sell and deliver our aftercare product range.
- Initiative-taking, self-motivated and driven to achieve strong sales results.
- Effective communication skills with a natural negotiation ability to facilitate the growth and development of business profitability.
- Efficiently and effectively follow up all customer enquiries ensuring a positive customer experience is achieved.
- Data Integrity, maintaining effective customer records.
- Proven sales experience from any industry is desirable.
