This role is all about social media. You will be helping manage Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Influencer management and help grow our community and drive engagement. You will be creating a lot of content so need to be comfortable with doing that and editing videos and getting content on the fly. It's key you can create reels, TikToks and love doing so. This is very key to this role. You must have a passion for creating content with babies. You will be all across social media trends and understand the best ways to optimise performance. With this in mind you will also be interested in the analytics and assessing performance.

You will work with customer care to engage our community, respond to comments and interactions, and use this to really understand our customers and come up with new ideas to engage them.

You'll also manage our ambassadors and influencers and need to be comfortable communicating with them and contacting potential influencers to build relationships.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create content for social channels
- Create video content/ reels/ ads
- Engage with tagged and hashtag photos/stories on IG, TikTok & FB
- Work with Customer Care to action IG, TikTok & FB messages/comments
- Manage IG & FB stories content
- Manage TikTok content and the TikTok plan
- Manage and drive influencer collaborations for IG, TikTok & FB
- Stay abreast of the latest trends and updates on IG and FB and offer suggestions on how they can be implemented
- Reporting & analysis - tracking success metrics and utilising data to inform future plans
- Adhoc Marketing support tasks as required
- Expo support

**Experience and Skills**
- 2+ years social media experience
- A passion for brand and values
- A passion for the baby industry
- An obsession for customer experience and engagement
- Hands on can-do attitude
- Retail experience
- Innovative and thinks outside the box
- Organised
- Obsessive attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Video editing skills
- Used Canva/ Photoshop

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
