Technical Advisor Needed

**Technical Advisor**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Advisor to join one of our clients. In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance on the integration of digital enablement into a major infrastructure project in a hospital environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Advise the State on planning and architecture for integrating digital enablement into the project.
- Design and commission digital enablement solutions for large capital projects and digital transformation strategies.
- Utilise prior experience in complex digital advisory roles to ensure project success.
- Demonstrate an understanding of major health project delivery needs and industry best practices.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders.

**Required Skills and Experience**:

- Proven track record of delivering large-scale and complex digital projects in the health sector or a similar environment.
- The ability to ensure that projects meet objectives, scope, budget, and requirements.
- Familiarity with lessons learnt from other major health projects.
- Extensive understanding of project documents such as contracts, specifications, drawings, and schedules.
- The ability to lead the design, development, testing, deployment, and management of digital solutions.
- Experience with Asset Information Modelling to support project lifecycle.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to plan and execute projects effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to identify and mitigate risks.
