Multinational consumer goods organisation seeks strong Rebates Analyst / Commercial Analyst.

This multinational, consumer goods manufacturer provides exciting products to various sectors and industries and is a recognised brand leader across their industry. They continue to grow through tailored business solutions and capability and as such are currently seeking an exceptional Rebates Analyst / Commercial Analyst to join their team.

**Your new role**

Your will be taking ownership of the management of the day to day accounting, analysis, reporting & administration and processing of all elements of Trade spend. You will be conducting the analysis of costs and ROI, providing the report along with commentary on the possible impacts to margins. Your responsibilities will also include:

- Accurately representing revenue of rebates, trade spend & marketing costs, making recommendations to improve spend effectiveness
- Audit systems to ensure approved deals are accounted for while tracking actual spend
- Oversee the administration of processing of payments and credit notes on NAVISION
- Analyse and report on costs, forecasts and budgets; identifying committed, planned and uncommitted expenditure
- Complete month end journals and reporting requirements
- Implement an accurate and efficient process to calculate monthly, quarterly, annual trade spend and reports as required

**What you'll need to succeed**

You will be CPA/CA-qualified or Part qualified, with prior rebates experience in the consumer goods industry. Your exceptional written and verbal communications will see you provide meaningful analysis and recommendations, presented in an easy-to-understand way. As an ambitious individual, you will have the motivation and willingness to gain a deeper understanding of the business and systems, with a focus on identifying system issues to boost efficiencies. You will have demonstrated ROI analysis and process improvements in your previous roles, with an advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly in Excel. Experience with Navision / Dynamics / Great Plains or other ERP and BI Tools will be highly regarded.
