**The Opportunity**
We have the opportunity for a
**Corporate Actions Analyst** to join our Investments & Cash Operations team. The ideally person will have at
**least 3yrs experience gained preferable, in a specific back-office or at a custodian or financial services provider.**

**Primary Purpose of the Position**
The purpose of this position is to ensure the accurate and timely processing of corporate action related tasks in the Investment Administration function of the Investment and Cash Operations team.

The position is responsible for the reconciliation and balancing of all income receipts between client holdings and funds received from counterparties including cash dividends, dividend reinvestment plans and managed fund rebates and ensuring accurate recording of transactions in reporting and reconciliation systems. The position also acts as support to the Corporate Actions - Capital Events position during periods of high volumes or absence/leave.

**You need to be a PR or have full working rights.**
- Sound knowledge of the mechanics of the Australian Investment Market, the different instrument types and the trading and settlement process for each.
- Finance related degree or equivalent
- Advanced computer literacy in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, Outlook
- High level of attention to detail, accuracy, and efficiency with ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Articulate in both, verbal and written skills. The role will require you to liaise with both internal and external clients.
