We are seeking an innovative and motivated Customer Service Retention Consultant to engage with our customers and provide support.

You can be based at either our Dandenong or Morwell office.

How will you support our “Why?”- Build rapport and provide advice and support to customers in response to enquiries- Investigate and overcome customers’ reasons for wanting to cancel their service/s- Sign onto the queues and assist our Customer Service Team when/if necessary for overflow support- Listen and understand customer concerns and developing solutions while managing through to a resolution
