Customer Service Consultant

**About the role**

We are seeking a Consultant - Customer Service to join our Advice and Specification team to commence with us on a full-time, permanent basis. This customer service role will be reporting into the Advice & Specification Manager and provides the perfect opportunity to display your exceptional service skills. The primary purpose of this position is to deliver outstanding service for specifiers and our customers which will result in continuous and increased business growth within our Powder Coatings business unit.

You will be based at our office in Dandenong South with the option to work part time from home.

**Responsibilities**
- Experience in a technical specification sales role in a similar industry
- Ability to develop and continuously improve processes and systems
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
- Track record of over-achieving quotas
- Desire for leadership and/or overseeing internal training
- Strong phone contact, handling skills and active listening
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with Live Chat

**Skills & Experience**

**Ideally you will be an SAP superstar with the ability to build strong relationships with our internal and external stakeholders, your resume may also demonstrate**:

- Desire for providing exceptional service & advice and continuous improvement
- Proven experience within customer service/ call centre environments
- Tech savvy with the ability to navigate across different software platforms
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience using LiveChat or similar software
- Experience in a technical specification sales role in a similar industry
