Your RoleYou'll be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance customer retention and base management. Your goal will be to identify opportunities to improve processes, develop customer experience initiatives and increase overall customer satisfaction while reducing churn.
This role requires:
- An in-depth understanding of the telecommunications industry
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong conflict resolution skills
- Advanced knowledge of sales and marketing software
- Proven organizational abilities
