**ABOUT THE ROLE**:

- Full Time Ongoing
- Band 8: $119,943.14 + 11.5% superannuation
- Flexible and hybrid work arrangements available

Council is seeking an experienced and collaborative leader who can coordinate the Environmental Health Team. This key leadership position will be responsible for ensuring a high standard of service delivery in Environmental Health throughout the South Gippsland Shire. You will also have responsibility for assisting with the development of quality plans, strategies, and the coordination of funding and service agreements.

With a proven record in leading, motivating and developing employees, you have also grown your personal leadership development or training.

You will also possess proactive problem-solving skills using a customer-focused approach, well-developed communication skills, and proven experience in policy and strategy development. These skills will elevate your work with our key stakeholders across Council and with our external partners.
